This past weekend Danielle Pavela, Genna Gaddy and Lindley Williams(who you will recognize from our Paris pictures..) came to Sevilla to be our first visitors of the semester! We had an amazing time just walking around with them, introducing them to our friends(and doing a LOT of translating), and enjoying the laidback Spanish lifestyle we have been blessed with all semester! We took them out Spanish style and danced til the early morning hours and all had a relaxing and fabulous weekend!

Granada, Spain
This was our last group excursion together!! They are basically just incredibly fun field trips for college students where they pay for us to stay in 4-star hotels and we basically just take over. Sadly the highlight of this trip for all of us was probably the buffet breakfast that was just incredible and had everythinggg imaginable! We all stole stuff to make sandwiches for later because it was free and too hard to pass up! The main attraction in Granda is the Alhambra--the 3rd most toured place in all of Europe! It's basically just a little city on top of a hill overlooking the city that was once the Muslim capital of the world and the home to some of the last remaining Muslim arhitecture in Spain that survived the destruction and conquest of the Catholic Kings of the time. We went to an amazing Flamenco show in a cave with the whole group and just really bonded with some new friends! We love I.S.A!
